Anyone do anything interesting for the New Year?Some New Year Traditions to go along with the previous Holiday Tradition post...Some say the First Dream of the New Year tells a lot of how the year will go...Watching the first SuN Rise of the year...Bathing in Umeboshi is supposed to cleanse one spiritually and makes the skin nice and soft... another new years thingy thing...Then of course there is the going to temples and such... most of these things to cleanse the body and spirit for the new year...Is there any hidden meaning behind the "KISS" at Midnight on the first of the Year?
I typically go to church on New Years to bring in the New Year.With the kiss at midnight I'm not sure if there is any hidden meaning behind it or not.P.S. Sorry if this is so late
